Food Safety & Hygiene HACCP Level 2
Course Overview:
Our Food Safety & Hygiene HACCP Level 2 program is a comprehensive one day course and is suitable for anyone working in the food sector. On completion of the course, participants will be capable of implementing food safety processes and procedures effectively. Both HACCP Level 1 and Level 2 are covered in the syllabus, so no previous experience or training is required to attend.
Course Objectives:
On completion of this course participants will:
Understand the importance of correct preparation, storage, handling, and cooking of food
Be aware of the legal responsibilities of those working with food
Be familiar with the structural requirements of a food premises
Be able to recognize a pest infestation and how to control it
Be able to understand the importance of cleaning and cleaning schedules
Be able to understand and explain the purpose of HACCP principles
Be capable of implementing effective Food Safety Processes & Procedures

HACCP Principles and monitoring requirements
Certification:
Successful participants receive a Primary Food Hygiene HACCP Level 2 Certificate which is valid for three years.
