Working from Home and Work Environment Assessment
Course Overview:
This course is designed to ensure employers compliance with the HSA Guidance on Working from Home. The emphasis is to raise employee awareness around their physical, mental and emotional health and well-being while home working. This session is delivered live through Zoom and is suitable for anyone currently working from home.
Course Objectives:
On completion of this course participants will be able to:
Recognise the risks associated with working from home
Assess if their workspace and proposed work activities are suitable
Ensure suitable equipment is being used to enable safe and effective working
Understand the importance of proper communication arrangements being in place
Be aware of the proper emergency arrangement that should be in place
